We are looking for an experienced Administrator for the Dubai chapter of a prestigious Business Membership Club. The candidate is required to efficiently manage the organization's membership base, ensuring accurate records, handling inquiries, and providing customer service, process membership applications, manage renewals, and facilitate member access to benefits, while also supporting broader member engagement efforts.
Core Responsibilities:
Responding to member and prospective member inquiries via phone, email, and in person, addressing questions about membership requirements, benefits, and procedures.
Processing new membership applications, renewals, and upgrades, ensuring accurate data entry and timely processing.
Maintaining up-to-date membership records in the organization's CRM or database, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Preparing and distributing membership communications, such as newsletters or announcements.
Assisting members with accessing their membership benefits, such as online resources, events, or discounts.
Performing data entry tasks, analyzing membership trends, and generating reports for management.
Handling membership fees, processing payments, and managing member accounts.
Assisting with the organization of member events, including registration, logistics, and communication.
Social Media skills - supporting marketing efforts to promote the club development, attract new members and retain existing ones.

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
