- Project Execution & Site Management
- Manage on-site execution of all MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) works in coordination with main contractor and other trades.
- Ensure works are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
- Construction Planning & Coordination
- Prepare and implement short-term construction plans aligned with project milestones.
- Coordinate between MEP subcontractors and civil/structural teams to avoid clashes and ensure smooth workflow.
- Resource & Manpower Management
- Allocate resources, labor, and materials efficiently for maximum productivity.
- Supervise site teams, foremen, and subcontractors for daily MEP activities.
- Quality Control & Assurance
- Ensure high standards of workmanship and strict compliance with QA/QC procedures.
- Conduct inspections and ensure all MEP installations meet project and regulatory requirements.
- Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)
- Enforce strict adherence to HSE guidelines and promote safety-first culture on site.
- Ensure all site personnel use proper PPE and follow safe work practices.
- Technical Issue Resolution
- Review shop drawings and resolve technical/site-related issues in coordination with the design and engineering teams.
- Coordinate with consultants for inspections and approvals.
- Progress Monitoring & Reporting
- Track daily and weekly progress, identify delays, and implement corrective measures.
- Prepare progress reports and participate in client/consultant meetings.
- Testing, Commissioning & Handover
- Supervise pre-commissioning and commissioning of MEP systems.
- Ensure snag-free handover of MEP systems to client as per project completion schedules.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
