- Develop and manage detailed MEP project schedules and resource plans.
- Coordinate with consultants, main contractor, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely execution.
- Review MEP designs, drawings, and shop drawings to ensure compliance with project specifications, UAE regulations (DEWA, DCD, etc.), and international standards.
- Ensure integration of MEP systems with architectural and structural elements.
- Oversee day-to-day MEP site activities ensuring quality, safety, and timelines are met.
- Manage testing & commissioning of all MEP systems including HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting, and electrical systems.
- Monitor MEP budgets, control costs, and track progress.
- Coordinate procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontracted services.
- Ensure compliance with local authority requirements (Dubai Municipality, DEWA, Civil Defense, etc.).
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and approval records.
- Lead MEP teams, assign responsibilities, and drive performance.
- Resolve site conflicts and technical issues swiftly and effectively.
- Act as the key MEP point of contact for the client, consultants, and other stakeholders.
- Provide regular updates and attend project progress meetings.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED16,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
