- Identify cost-saving alternatives in materials or system design.
- Develop detailed bid proposals for general contractors or owners.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors for quote collection
- Analyze drawings, specs, and scope of work.
- Understand HVAC, electrical, and plumbing system requirements.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or similar
- Strong knowledge of construction codes (NEC, ASHRAE, IPC, etc.)
- Experience with MEP systems design and/or installation
- Attention to detail and analytical skills
