Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced MEP Estimator with 5 to 7 years of proven UAE experience in the Interior Fit-Out industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works related to high-end fit-out projects including residential, commercial, and retail interiors.
Requirements:
- 5–7 years UAE experience in a similar MEP Estimation role.
- Strong background in Interior Fit-Out works.
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and estimation software (e.g. CCS, PlanSwift, etc.).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED8,000.00 per month
