- Overseeing and exercising general control over all the tools and activities of the store
- Examining and reviewing deliveries for discrepancies and damages and reporting to necessary personnel for reimbursements and record keeping
- Receiving, unloading, and shelving supplies
- Maintaining and keeping track of receipts and records of the stockroom.
- Executing other stock-related duties which may include returning and packing.
- Ensure that the store is kept clean and organized.
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
- Strong multitasking skills which enable him to handle several tasks efficiently.
- Prepare quality reports of the received materials.
- Experienced in MEP related purchase material for facility management and store management.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the same field.
