Key Responsibilities
- Visit assigned outlets daily to monitor and maintain Soul Pantry product displays.
- Ensure shelves are well-stocked, clean, and visually appealing at all times.
- Conduct regular stock counts and report replenishment needs.
- Assist the operations team with deliveries to the outlets
- Negotiate with store managers and supervisors for better product placements, end caps, and promotional displays.
- Execute merchandising strategies to improve product visibility and brand presence.
- Track and report sales performance, competitor activity, and market trends.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely delivery and replenishment.
- Support in promotional activities, in-store activations, and product launches.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store staff and management.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser in FMCG in UAE (preferred in food & beverage/snacks).
- Strong knowledge of retail operations and supermarket standards.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Physically fit to handle stock movement and shelf arrangements.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and hit sales/visibility targets.
- Valid UAE driving license
- High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing is an advantage.
