Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
- Achieve the monthly sales target of AED 30,000
- Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Collaborate with the sales team to execute strategies and close deals
- Provide accurate sales reports and market insights to management
Requirements
- 3-4 years of proven sales experience (digital marketing industry preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Quick learner, adaptable, and ready to align with company processes within the first month
Compensation & Benefits
- Fixed Salary: AED 5,000/month (applicable upon meeting targets)
- Probation Period: 1 Month
- Visa: Provided after 3 months (performance-based)
