Role Description
This is an on-site full-time role located in Sharjah for a Production Manager. The Production Manager will oversee daily operations in the factory, ensuring efficient production processes and quality control. Responsibilities include coordinating production schedules, managing a team of specialists, conducting site measurements and technical evaluations, and maintaining equipment. The role also involves liaising with clients, performing project handovers, and offering bespoke design consultations.
Qualifications
- Experience in production management, preferably in the stone /Marble industry
- Ability to manage and lead a team of specialists
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to conduct site measurements and technical evaluations
- Good communication and client management skills
- Experience with 3D wall design, BIM integration, and AI for project efficiency is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
