Due to fast growth and launching new projects, we are looking for a Mortgage Consultant to join our team.
What you will be doing:
- Guide clients through mortgage options and assist them in selecting suitable financing solutions;
- Coordinate with local and international banks to process mortgage applications;
- Assist clients with compiling and submitting required documentation;
- Monitor the progress of mortgage approvals and follow up with banks and clients;
- Provide regular updates to the Sales and Finance teams regarding the status of client financing;
- Resolve issues and delays related to mortgage approvals or disbursements;
- Ensure all mortgage processes comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with banking partners.
What we are expecting from you:
- Fluent in English;
- Must be available in UAE;
- Proven experience in mortgage coordination or banking, preferably within the real estate sector;
- Strong understanding of UAE mortgage regulations and banking processes;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work independently and handle a high volume of client cases;
- High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
