Key Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on mortgage solutions suited to their individual circumstances
- Assess clients' financial background and eligibility for loan products
- Liaise with banks and financial institutions to source the best mortgage offers
- Manage the mortgage application process, from documentation to final approval
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mortgage products, interest rates, and lending policies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents and clients
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies
- Provide regular updates to clients and guide them through the entire mortgage journey
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Mortgage Advisor or in a similar financial advisory role in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of UAE mortgage market, lending procedures, and bank policies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze financial information and provide tailored solutions
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic financial tools
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Hindi, etc.) are a plus
- Relevant certifications or licenses (if applicable)
