Are you a motivated sales professional with experience in mortgage consultancy or home loan sales? Wizhull Real Estate and Mortgage Brokerage LLC is hiring skilled Mortgage Consultants to join our high-performing financial advisory team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on home loans, buy-out loans, and refinancing options
- Collaborate with major UAE banks to secure the best mortgage rates and terms
- Handle the full mortgage process — application, document verification, bank submissions
- Clearly explain loan eligibility, repayment terms, and interest rate structures
- Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and digital platforms
- Maintain accurate CRM updates on client interaction and application status
- Meet and exceed monthly loan approval and disbursement targets
- Work closely with property sales consultants and bank representatives to ensure seamless deal closures
Candidate Requirements:
- 1+ year experience in mortgage sales, home loan advisory, or banking sales (UAE or home country)
- Sound knowledge of UAE mortgage laws, DLD requirements, and loan processing systems
- Excellent sales, communication, and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail for managing documentation
- Fluent in English; Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu are a plus
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and committed to customer success
- Must be currently based in the UAE and ready to join immediately
