Job Description:
Wizhull Real Estate and Mortgage Brokerage LLC is seeking experienced Mortgage Consultants to join our high-performing team in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity to elevate your career in the UAE’s booming real estate finance industry with one of the most trusted names in the business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on the best mortgage solutions tailored to their financial goals
- Liaise with leading UAE banks to secure competitive rates and approval terms
- Handle the full mortgage application process, including document collection
- Explain eligibility criteria, interest rates, and loan options clearly to clients
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, referrals, and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate CRM records of client interactions and application progress
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Collaborate with internal property consultants and bank representatives for smooth deal closures
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience in mortgage consultancy, home loan sales, or banking sales in the UAE or home country
- Deep understanding of UAE mortgage regulations and loan processing
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and customer-handling skills
- Fluent in English (Multilingual skills like Arabic, Hindi, Urdu are a plus)
- High attention to detail and ability to handle client documentation accurately
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional in appearance and demeanor
- Must be based in the UAE and ready to join immediately
