Job Purpose:
To provide timely and efficient roadside repair services for motorcycles, ensuring minimal downtime for customers while maintaining safety and service quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to roadside assistance calls and attend to stranded customers at various locations.
- Diagnose and perform on-site minor repairs such as battery jump-starts, flat tire fixes, electrical troubleshooting, or fuel delivery.
- Assess whether the issue can be resolved on-site or if towing to the workshop is required.
- Ensure all roadside tools and equipment (battery tester, tire repair kit, jump starter, etc.) are in good working condition.
- Keep accurate logs of jobs completed, parts used, and time spent per task.
- Maintain a professional and customer-friendly demeanor in all roadside interactions.
- Escalate complex issues to the workshop team and coordinate transportation of the motorcycle if needed.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed while working on highways or busy roads.
- Provide basic preventive maintenance advice to customers as needed.
- Report daily activities and incidents to the supervisor.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Diploma or certification in Motorcycle Mechanics or equivalent technical training.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in motorcycle servicing, preferably with roadside support exposure.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of various motorcycle brands and models.
- Valid UAE motorcycle license (mandatory).
- Ability to work independently in stressful and urgent situations.
- Good communication skills (basic English essential, Arabic is a plus).
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Additional Requirements:
- Willing to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays as per business needs.
- Must be punctual, reliable, and customer-service focused.
- Knowledge of GPS navigation or route apps to reach breakdown locations efficiently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
