Job Overview:
We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and highly skilled Multimedia Content Creator to join our dynamic real estate team in Dubai. This role requires a versatile professional who can handle videography, photography, video editing, graphic design, and content creation across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong visual storytelling ability and be passionate about showcasing high-end real estate properties in an engaging and compelling way.
Key Responsibilities:
- Edit raw video footage into engaging video content (property tours, reels, promotional videos, etc.).
- Add sound effects, background music, voiceovers, and motion graphics as needed.
- Create engaging video content for social media, website, and advertising.
- Design marketing materials such as brochures, social posts, and ads.
- Ensure brand consistency in all visual and multimedia content.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content calendars.
- Stay current with content trends and implement innovative strategies on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in videography, photography, and post-production.
- Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Lightroom, etc.)
- Familiarity with real estate marketing and digital storytelling.
- Strong understanding of visual composition, lighting, and branding.
- Experience using DSLR/mirrorless cameras, gimbals, and lighting equipment.
Preferred Experience:
- 2–5 years in a similar multimedia or content creation role.
- Experience in the real estate or luxury lifestyle sector is highly advantageous.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
