Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and versatile Content Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging and high-quality content across various platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, newsletters, and marketing campaigns. A background in media or publication is a strong advantage and will be highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop original and engaging written, visual, and multimedia content for various digital platforms
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to align content with brand messaging and campaign goals
- Write and edit blog posts, articles, website copy, social media captions, and email newsletters
- Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends to create timely and relevant content
- Optimize content for SEO and digital performance
- Assist in content planning, editorial calendars, and content strategy
- Adapt content style and tone for different audiences and platforms
- Support the creation of video scripts, reels, and short-form video content
- Monitor content performance and recommend improvements based on analytics
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in content creation, writing, or digital marketing
- Experience in media, publishing, or journalism is a strong advantage
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Proficient in content management systems (e.g., WordPress), social media platforms, and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
- Understanding of SEO, content performance metrics, and audience engagement
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong storytelling ability and creativity
