Key Responsibilities
- Clinical Piercing Services
- Perform ear and body piercings in accordance with DHA regulations, company SOPs, and infection-control protocols.
- Conduct pre-procedure assessments including medical history, allergy checks, and suitability of anatomy.
- Obtain and document informed consent from clients (or guardians for minors) in compliance with DHA and company consent policies.
- Provide personalized aftercare instructions and follow-up care.
- Client Care & Rights
- Ensure client dignity, privacy, safety, and rights are protected at all times.
- Deliver care that is culturally sensitive and respectful of individual beliefs.
- Educate clients on healing timelines, risk factors, and proper jewellery maintenance.
- Infection Prevention & Safety
- Adhere to sterilization and aseptic techniques in handling instruments and jewellery.
- Maintain strict compliance with DHA and internal infection-control guidelines.
- Report and document any adverse events or complications.
- Clinical Documentation
- Maintain accurate and confidential client medical/piercing records.
- Document procedures, consent, jewellery used, and follow-up recommendations.
- Teamwork & Training
- Collaborate with jewellery consultants and reception staff to ensure seamless client service.
- Participate in continuous education and training on updated piercing practices, infection control, and new jewellery lines.
- Assist in mentoring junior staff or trainees under the supervision of the Clinical/Quality Manager.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
