Job Description:
We are seeking dedicated and experienced staff to work at our plant nursery farm. The ideal candidates should have knowledge and hands-on experience in plant care, production, and maintenance, with a strong background in UAE local plant varieties and growing conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in plant production, propagation, and nursery operations.
- Perform regular watering, fertilization, and plant care activities.
- Carry out plant cutting, pruning, and general maintenance.
- Monitor plant health and apply basic treatments when required.
- Ensure proper handling, potting, and arrangement of plants.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the nursery area.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a plant nursery, landscaping, or farm environment.
- Knowledge of local UAE plants and growing practices.
- Ability to identify plant needs and provide proper care.
- Physical ability to work outdoors in varying conditions.
