Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist with min. of 3 years of experience to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team. The ideal candidate will assess and treat individuals of all ages with physical, developmental, or cognitive impairments, helping them achieve independence and improve their daily living skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients’ functional abilities and develop customized treatment plans.
- Implement therapeutic activities to improve motor skills, coordination, and daily functioning.
- Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and equipment.
- Monitor and document patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers for holistic patient care.
- Maintain accurate records in accordance with healthcare regulations and standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution.
- Valid license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the UAE (DOH/HAAD/DHA).
- Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in a clinical or rehabilitation setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathetic, patient-focused, and adaptable.
