Job Overview
Parker Russell UAE is seeking an experienced Odoo Technofunctional Consultant to join our team onsite in the UAE. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality Odoo customizations, managing technical implementations, and leading Odoo-related projects for our clients.
The ideal candidate should have a solid technical background in Odoo ERP, excellent project management skills, and the ability to engage effectively with clients to understand their business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Odoo Customizations: Develop, implement, and deliver Odoo customizations and module development based on client requirements.
- Project Leadership: Manage end-to-end Odoo projects, including requirement analysis, customization, implementation, training, and post-launch support.
- Technical Support: Configure, customize, and troubleshoot Odoo modules to ensure smooth operations.
- Client Engagement: Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates, training, and ongoing support.
- Project Management: Oversee project timelines, ensuring deliverables are met with high quality and on schedule.
- Continuous Improvement: Keep up to date with the latest Odoo features and best practices to enhance our service offerings.
Qualifications
- Proven hands-on experience with Odoo ERP systems, including customization and module development.
- Proficiency in Python, XML, and PostgreSQL within the Odoo framework.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
- Ability to work onsite and handle tasks independently.
Preferred Skills
- Experience delivering Odoo solutions across different industries.
- Solid understanding of ERP workflows and business processes.
- Capability to train clients and internal teams on Odoo functionalities.
- Analytical thinking and adaptability to evolving project needs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
