We are looking for a talented Odoo Developer with a strong understanding of both business operations and technical development. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying client needs, tailoring Odoo solutions, and ensuring successful deployment and ongoing support.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Customize and implement core Odoo modules such as Sales, CRM, Accounting, Inventory, HR, and others.
- Gather business requirements and align them with Odoo capabilities.
- Build and maintain custom modules using Python and XML.
- Integrate Odoo with external platforms and services via API.
- Create documentation, user guides, and deliver training to end-users.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.
Desired Qualifications:
- Solid grasp of both functional and technical aspects of Odoo.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Odoo development.
- Familiarity with Odoo Studio, Odoo.sh, and custom module creation.
- Proficient in Python, PostgreSQL, and using Odoo’s ORM/API.
- Strong understanding of key business processes in areas such as finance, sales, inventory, and human resources.
