Job Description – Off-Plan Sales Manager

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Off-Plan Sales Manager to lead and grow our off-plan and secondary sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership & Management:
- Lead, manage, and motivate a sales team to exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
- Onboard, train, and mentor new agents to ensure smooth integration and productivity.
- Provide ongoing coaching, performance monitoring, and skill development to maximize results.
- Sales & Business Development:
- Drive sales in both off-plan and secondary property sectors.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and property developers.
- Negotiate deals and close transactions in line with company policies and targets.
- Collaboration & Market Insights:
- Work closely with the marketing team to optimize lead generation, nurturing, and conversion.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify new opportunities.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Hiring & Team Building Requirement
- As part of the joining process, the Sales Manager will be responsible for hiring and onboarding at least 4 qualified sales agents within the first month of employment.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 6 years of real estate sales experience in Dubai, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record in off-plan property sales and achieving/exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market, regulations, and developers.
- Ability to build, manage, and inspire a sales team.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office, and real estate sales platforms.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
