- Educate clients on off-plan projects, payment plans, and construction timelines.
- Assist buyers in selecting suitable units based on their needs and budget.
- Maintain strong knowledge of developers, project phases, and legal documentation.
- Coordinate with legal and finance teams to ensure smooth booking and transfer processes.
- Provide regular updates to clients on project progress and handover schedules.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships to support referrals and repeat business.
