Center Administrator / Account Assistant (Female Only)

About the Role:
We are hiring a female Center Administrator / Account Assistant to support our brain training center’s day-to-day operations. If you're organized, friendly, and eager to make a difference, this is a great opportunity with flexible working hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and maintain a warm, welcoming environment
- Schedule appointments and manage client records
- Support the Center Director and trainers with admin tasks
- Handle filing, paperwork, supply ordering, and organization
- Assist with events and simple assessments (training provided)
- Keep the center clean, tidy, and client-ready
Requirements:
- Female candidates only
- Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite & social media
- Friendly, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
- Must have own visa and transportation
