·Assist the surveyors with the preparation and submission of proposals, quotations, terms of business and contracts.
Assist the surveyors with the formatting and preparation of valuation reports.
Act as the first point of contact for all enquiries made to the office.
Maintain collaborative relationships with clients, managers and employees.
·Set up and/or update electronic filing systems, records and reports for the team.
·Liaise with the office manager to keep a track of and replace office supplies and place orders when necessary.
Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc).
All other ad hoc administrative and reception duties as required.
· Coordinating portfolio valuation inspections, time frames and information with the regional offices, ensuring all information is collected as required.
Assisting in research for reports where required
·Ensuring that the correct report and appendices are completed as per identified guidelines
Updating bank contracts and providing company information as requested.
Inputting information into database.
Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters and other documents, using word processing and spreadsheet
