Key Responsibilities:
Telecalling:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on leads.
- Answer incoming inquiries and provide accurate information about products/services.
- Schedule meetings and demonstrations for the sales team.
- Maintain a log of calls and client interactions.
- Assist with customer relationship management (CRM) database updates.
Office Administration:
- Handle front-desk responsibilities and greet visitors professionally.
- Maintain office supplies, inventory, and records.
- Prepare and manage quotations, invoices, and basic documentation.
- Coordinate with courier services and logistics when needed.
- Support HR and accounts with basic clerical tasks.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role (telecalling/admin).
- Strong communication skills in English (Hindi/Arabic is a plus).
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
- Customer-friendly and professional attitude.
- Must be currently based in UAE.
