Job Title: Telecaller

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, handling inbound inquiries, explaining products or services, and maintaining customer relationships to generate leads and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products or services.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Provide accurate information about the company’s offerings.
- Maintain records of calls, conversations, and leads.
- Follow up with interested customers and schedule meetings or demos if required.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate when necessary.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or marketing are a plus.
- Proven experience as a telecaller, customer service representative, or similar role preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in [language(s)].
- Good interpersonal and persuasive skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software, etc.).
