We are a dynamic company in the printing and advertising industry seeking a female Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and has strong communication and administrative skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage emails, calendars, and meeting schedules
- Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls, including cold calling
- Create and manage quotations using Zoho and QuickBooks
- Maintain office files and documentation
- Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal teams
- Support day-to-day office operations
Requirements:
- Female candidate only
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an administrative role
- Proficient in Zoho and QuickBooks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in printing and advertising is a plus
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
