We are seeking a motivated and organized Office Assistant to join our team. This is an entry-level position ideal for fresh graduates or individuals starting their career in office administration. The Office Assistant will support daily office operations and assist in handling administrative tasks related to company formation and business setup services in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to the team.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and direct inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Organize and maintain office files and records (both physical and digital).
- Assist in preparing documents for business license applications, visa processing, and other government-related paperwork.
- Coordinate courier services and document collections.
- Support the PRO team with document submissions and scheduling appointments.
- Monitor and manage office supplies and inventory.
- Perform basic data entry and maintain client databases.
- Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and welcoming for clients and visitors.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
