Key Responsibilities:
- Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors
- Clean and maintain the office premises, including pantry, meeting rooms, and workstations
- Handle filing, photocopying, and other clerical duties as requested
- Ensure the availability of pantry supplies and assist in reordering stock when needed
- Assist in opening and closing the office premises
- Support office staff with document delivery, errands, and other day-to-day needs
- Maintain proper hygiene and cleanliness standards throughout the office
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the concerned department
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage
- Polite, punctual, and trustworthy
- Basic understanding of hygiene and cleanliness practices
- Physically fit and able to handle tasks requiring movement or lifting
- Immediate joiners preferred
