- Manage and replenish office supplies and pantry items as needed.
- Assist in photocopying, scanning, and filing documents both physically and electronically.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Support administrative staff with data entry and basic document preparation using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Operate standard office equipment such as printers, scanners, and fax machines.
- Ensure proper maintenance of office equipment and report any malfunctions.
