Job Summary:
The Office Boy is responsible for ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient office environment. The role includes maintaining hygiene, supporting administrative tasks, and assisting staff with day-to-day operational requirements to ensure smooth office functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of office premises, including workstations, meeting rooms, and common areas.
- Serve beverages (tea, coffee, water) to staff and visitors as required.
- Assist with photocopying, scanning, filing, and distributing documents within the office.
- Manage office supplies by ensuring adequate stock of stationery and pantry items.
- Support in receiving and dispatching courier packages and documents.
- Assist in arranging and organizing meeting rooms for conferences and internal meetings.
- Ensure proper waste disposal and maintain cleanliness in pantry and washroom areas.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the Admin/HR team as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of office equipment (photocopier, scanner, etc.).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Honest, punctual, and reliable.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED900.00 - AED1,000.00 per month
