Requirements:
- Experience in social media content creation.
- Strong understanding of what works and what does not on TikTok, Instagram, and similar platforms.
- Creativity and originality — able to generate engaging and attention-grabbing ideas.
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, or similar).
- Understanding of social media algorithms and engagement drivers.
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with other teams.
- An experimental mindset — willing to test new approaches and learn from results.
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Plus: experience with AI content creation tools (for visuals, video, or copy).
What you’ll do:
- Develop and manage a content calendar to ensure consistent posting.
- Conduct audience research to better understand what engages our target community.
- Create short-form video content tailored for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other platforms.
- Monitor social media trends and adapt them to our brand and goals.
- Optimize content for engagement and shareability, with the aim of maximizing reach and viral potential.
- Manage the full content cycle: idea generation, production, posting, and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with other team members
- Analyze performance data and adjust strategies to continuously improve results.
