Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and proactive Office Boy to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle daily office upkeep, assist staff with routine tasks, and possess basic computer knowledge to support administrative work.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve refreshments to staff and guests
Ensure cleanliness and order in the office
Handle photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
Assist with basic data entry and computer tasks
Deliver documents within the office or to external locations if required
Support administrative staff as needed
✅ Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Word, Excel, email)
Honest, punctual, and well-groomed
Ability to follow instructions and work independently
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
