Office boy/cleaner

• Clean and maintain office premises, site office, and villa(dusting, sweeping, mopping).
• Ensure pantry, washrooms, and common areas are always clean and well-stocked.
• Prepare and serve tea/coffee and refreshments to staff and visitors.
• Collect and distribute documents, parcels, and other office items as required.
• Assist in moving furniture, office equipment, and supplies when needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of windows, doors, and office equipment.
• Ensure proper waste disposal and recycling practices.
• Support administrative staff with minor tasks and errands.
• Follow company health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as an office boy, cleaner, or similar role preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and cleaning equipment use.
• Ability to handle tasks responsibly and work with minimal supervision.
• Physically fit and able to perform cleaning duties.
• Good attitude, trustworthy, and punctual.
• Basic communication skills in English (preferred).
