Quik Sell Properties is a leading real estate firm in Dubai, committed to delivering exceptional property solutions. We are seeking a female Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to manage office operations, assist with real estate documentation, and support the sales team.
Main Responsibilities:
✅ Administrative & Office Management
Maintain an organized documentation & filing system.
Supervise office cleanliness, maintenance, and supplies to ensure smooth operations.
Answer phone calls and welcome visitors, providing excellent customer service.
Manage executive calendars, meetings, and appointments.
Act as a liaison between executives, clients, and internal teams.
Real Estate Transactions & Documentation
Support the sales team with contract preparation, including SPA & Addendum.
Assist in real estate transactions, document preparation, and client communication.
Prepare real estate forms, documents, contracts, letters, and addendums.
Submit required documents to obtain Trakheesi permits for property listings.
Property Listings & Advertisement Management
Handle and monitor property advertisements on real estate portals (Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, etc.).
Ensure accurate and updated property details, including images, descriptions, and pricing.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 2 years in an administrative or receptionist role, preferably in real estate.
Skills:
Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Experience with CRM systems and real estate portals is an advantage.
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Languages: Fluency in English.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
