Job Title: Tea Boy / Office Boy
Job Description
We are currently hiring a Tea Boy / Office Boy to support daily operations in a professional office environment in Abu Dhabi. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, preparing refreshments, and providing basic office assistance to staff and guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and other beverages to employees and office visitors.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the pantry, kitchen, and refreshment areas.
- Assist in setting up and cleaning meeting rooms before and after sessions.
- Monitor and refill kitchen supplies (tea, coffee, sugar, milk, water, etc.).
- Support office staff with minor clerical tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and filing.
- Handle incoming mail and documents, and deliver them to appropriate personnel.
- Run small errands within or outside the office when required.
- Ensure all refreshment areas are clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
- Follow hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards consistently.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Tea Boy, Office Assistant, or similar role (1–3 years preferred).
- Basic knowledge of beverage preparation and office maintenance tasks.
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Professional appearance and good personal hygiene.
- Must be currently based in the UAE (with valid/cancelled visa or visit visa).
- Punctual, polite, respectful, and well-groomed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED1,500.00 per month
