Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a well-organized and professional environment.
- Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain office supplies and manage inventory.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Support HR, finance, and management teams with operational needs.
- Oversee vendor relationships and ensure timely service delivery.
- Assist in planning office events, team meetings, and other company activities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office coordination, administration, or a similar role in the UAE.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced work environment.
- Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.
- Previous living experience in Dubai for at least 1 year is mandatory.
