We are urgently looking for a reliable and hardworking Office Girl to join our team at a busy medical center. The ideal candidate must have previous experience working in a healthcare environment. She will assist in maintaining cleanliness, supporting basic administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth daily operations. Immediate joining is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of offices, waiting areas, restrooms, and other clinic facilities.
- Serve refreshments to staff and visitors as needed.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as photocopying, organizing files, and running errands.
- Ensure supplies (tea, coffee, water, cleaning materials) are stocked and replenished.
- Help prepare examination rooms and maintain hygiene in accordance with clinic standards.
- Follow all safety and infection control procedures set by the medical center.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a medical center or clinic is required.
- Knowledge of hygiene and cleanliness standards in healthcare settings.
- Trustworthy, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Professional attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
Preferred:
Candidates who are available to join immediately will be given priority.
