- Handling phone calls, taking messages, and transferring calls as needed.
- Welcoming clients, vendors, and other visitors to the office. Keeping the office clean, tidy, and organized, including common areas like the kitchen and conference rooms.
- Ordering, managing, and stocking office supplies.
- Maintaining physical and digital files, including documents, emails, and other correspondence.
- Sorting, distributing, and sending mail.
- Purchasing supplies, making deliveries, or handling other minor errands.
- Be responsible for preparing and serving refreshments.
