We are seeking a reliable, enthusiastic, and proactive Receptionist/Office Girl to support our office operations. If you are organized, responsible, and love helping keep an office running smoothly, we would love to hear from you!
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Attend any queries or requests from the visitors and employees.
- Ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of the pantry, manages pantry items and ensure replenishment of refreshment materials on time.
- Prepare and serve the beverages (tea, coffee, cold drinks, and other refreshments) very hygienically as per the requirements.
- Provide the information, greeting persons entering the organization and directing individuals to correct destination.
- Assists the administrative staff for any office duties.
- Distribute couriers or parcels among employees.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY
- Basic knowledge of the computer operation.
- Basic office skills.
- Able to use photocopiers, scanners, lamination machines and other office equipment.
- Good command of the English language both verbal and written.
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum two (2) years in similar field and an administrative or clerical activity is an added advantage.
