About the Role
An Office Lady plays a key role in ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of an office. She provides administrative and clerical support to management and staff, helping maintain a smooth and professional work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing phone calls and emails
- Greeting and assisting visitors and clients
- Scheduling meetings and managing calendars
- Organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files
- Preparing reports, documents, and correspondence
- Handling basic bookkeeping or data entry tasks
- Ordering office supplies and managing inventory
- Assisting with HR or payroll tasks as needed
- Supporting other departments with various administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Proven experience in an office setting preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Professional appearance and demeanor
