Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract potential tenants to available properties.
- Create engaging marketing content (text, images, videos) for various platforms, including social media and websites.
- Organize and conduct property tours with prospective clients, providing comprehensive information about properties.
- Handle client inquiries and offer tailored solutions to their needs.
- Negotiate lease terms and accurately prepare all necessary documentation.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct regular market research to identify new trends and opportunities.
- Contribute to achieving set leasing targets.
