- Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages when sales representatives are unavailable, answering customer queries, informing them of delays, and arranging delivery dates.
- Reach out to existing and potential customers to present our product and Delivery
- Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and need
- Offer solutions based on client's needs and capabilities
- Keep an updated customer database
- Track and document entries in ERP.
- Helping the sales team by contacting customers for sales, deliveries and arranging appointments.
- Vehicles checking ,Closing of delivery trips ,Cash handling etc.,
- Handling orders by phone, email, or mail and checking the orders have the correct prices, discounts.
- Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
- Developing and maintaining filing systems so as to maintain sales records, prepare reports, and provide financial information to the finance department.
- Making the company's products and services as attractive to potential customers as possible.
- Entering order information into the company database
- Answering Client questions regarding their account or sales products
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree or a related field. ( FRESHER CAN APPLY )
- 2 or more years’ experience in delivery operation , Logistics / Supply chain .
- Experience as a sales coordinator or in administration may be advantageous.
- Computer literacy – a must.
- Excellent communication,( HINDI & ENGLISH ) and customer service skills.
- The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
