As an Operations Coordinator for Fleet, you will:
- Fleet Oversight:
- Monitor daily performance and productivity of riders .
- Ensure riders comply with operational protocols and company standards.
- Logistics Management:
- Coordinate rider schedules, route allocations, and shift planning.
- Handle daily check-ins and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Communication:
- Act as the primary point of contact between riders and the operations team.
- Ensure clear and effective communication regarding updates, policies, and feedback.
- Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure all riders adhere to safety regulations, including proper bike maintenance and rider conduct.
- Maintain accurate records of fleet performance, rider attendance, and incident reports.
- Issue Resolution:
- Address and resolve rider grievances, delays, or disruptions in coordination with internal teams.
- Proactively manage emergencies or unexpected challenges.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
