Job Title: Operations Executive – Hospitality

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support day-to-day operations in our hospitality establishment. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless guest experiences, coordinate between departments, and assist in maintaining high service standards aligned with the brand’s values.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operational activities across front office, housekeeping, F&B, and guest services.
Ensure high-quality customer service standards are consistently maintained.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams for timely service and deliveries.
Monitor inventory, housekeeping supplies, and operational equipment.
Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally, ensuring swift resolution.
Assist in staff scheduling, training coordination, and performance monitoring.
Support compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards as per Dubai Municipality guidelines.
Prepare daily/weekly operational reports for management.
Liaise with the sales and reservations teams to manage guest bookings and group arrivals.
Identify operational inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in hotel or hospitality operations (UAE experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of hotel management software (e.g., Opera, PMS systems).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Fluent in English , Hindi (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
