Profile Summary
Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational functions of the organization, ensuring efficient business processes, strategic planning, and effective resource management. This role plays a critical part in aligning operational performance with overall company objectives, driving productivity, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Overall responsibility of Client Retention and Service delivery as per SLA. Building strong mutually beneficial professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Manage and direct the organization towards its primary objectives, based on profit, growth projections and development of new business and expansion of scope of business.
- Define, develop and execute visions and strategies for the region, including business planning and budgeting.
- Manage the daily business according to the agreed operating principles of the business and relationships with the missions.
- Analyse sales figures and forecasting future sales volumes to maximize profits.
- Manage an efficient balance between transactional operations and value added sales functions.
Other Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Previous working experience managing client relationship.
- Overall 15+ years of experience with 5 to 7 years’ experience of managing business units.
- Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Financial Acumen.

Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month
