Qualifications
- Strong understanding of HR processes, payroll cycles, HR compliance, and statutory reporting requirements
- Strong technical experience in Oracle Fusion HCM modules (ORC, Learning, Talent, Compensation etc.).
- Secondary skill can be Core HR, Payroll etc.
- Experience configuring approval workflows, security, and custom roles.
- Strong understanding of HCM REST API and SOAP services.
- Proven experience in end-to-end HRMS implementation projects, including configuration, data migration, UAT, Go-Live, and post-implementation support.
- Ability to translate business requirements into system configurations, workflows, and technical solutions.
- Knowledge of SQL, BI Publisher, OTBI, HCM Extracts, Reports, Workflows, and integrations with ERP or third-party systems.
- Experience in designing dashboards, HR analytics, and reporting solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a cross-functional, multi-location environment.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and documentation skills.
- Awareness of project management methodologies and ability to adhere to timelines and deliverables.
- Experience in post-implementation support, hyper care, and continuous process improvement.
