Job Title: Order Taker
Location: Abu Dhabi
Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and service-oriented Order Taker to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a presentable appearance to ensure smooth customer service in a busy café/restaurant environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests politely, presenting menus when required.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system.
- Communicate clearly with the kitchen and service teams to ensure timely preparation and delivery.
- Assist guests with menu recommendations, promotions, or special items.
- Handle customer requests, special dietary needs, and modifications professionally.
- Maintain table setup standards (cutlery, napkins, condiments, etc.).
- Ensure high standards of grooming, hygiene, and professionalism at all times.
- Handle guest concerns with courtesy and escalate issues to supervisors when necessary.
Qualifications & Skills
- Age: Less than 30 years old.
- Languages: Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Previous experience in restaurants, cafés, or hospitality roles is preferred.
- Professional, well-groomed, and customer-oriented.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
