- Familiarity with Incoterms, international logistics & supply chain documentation
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently in the system.
- Confirm order details with customers, including delivery schedules, pricing, and product availability
- Monitor the status of open orders and coordinate with internal departments (sales, warehouse, procurement) to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Follow up with vendors and suppliers to expedite order processing and resolve any supply chain issues.
- Update customers regularly on order progress, shipment status, and any changes.
- Address and resolve order-related issues, such as delays, discrepancies, or product substitutions.
- Coordinate with the warehouse/shipping team to ensure timely dispatch of goods.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, communications, and changes.
- Prepare reports on order status, back orders, and delivery performance.
